??Designing, manufacturing, installation, debugging and accompany production of front longitudinal rail wheelhouse of Audi X89 welding body shop, mainly including the production line of longitudinal rail, spring leg, front wheelhouse and other sub-assembly. The whole project is for a new-building production line, requesting daily auto production no less than 600 cars. The mainly process & technology of the design includes: automatic gluing on automatic station, welding by servo welding gun of medium frequency, riveting, stud welding…etc, manual gluing on manual station, manual medium frequency welding…etc, transportation methods includes electric hoist, manipulator and robot’s gripper…etc. The material of spare parts includes coated steel plate, thermal forming steel plate and aluminum.??
