Project Content??

In the early stage of the project, the new Bora NF rear door pressing line should be added into the new Bora GP pressing line to meet the hybrid production of the two models. As the equipment of new Bora GP pressing line is outdated, the production time is busy scheduled, short of time of shutting down & operating, which resulted in increased difficulty of project, the high technical requirements, under the great difficulty, we have finished the project outstandingly. The project mainly includes rear door inner panel manual welding, inner panel automatic rivet welding, automatic gluing of inner and outer panels, roller hemming of inner and outer panels, assembly unilateral welding…etc high automation, high integrated workstation, involved with 20 robots.

It mainly includes the process of riveting nuts, marking, spot welding, automatic gluing, unilateral welding, roller hemming pressing, manual gluing, manual welding…etc.

Manual work station work cycle is 84s, automatic work station cycle is 80s, these work station includes the process of spot welding, marking, riveting, gluing, roller hemming, unilateral welding…etc. achieved the assembly from rear door to parts.
