Project Content??
The design, manufacturing, installation and debugging of the whole work station of the welding and pressing joint project of doors & front cover of FAW-VW Bora Derivat. The project is located at the FAW-VW Tianqi workshop, including riveting, welding, marking, gluing, pressing, and unilateral welding of the four doors and the front cover. The line can be divided into automatic line of DE left and right front doors & NF left and right rear doors, automatic line of DE left and right rear doors & NF right rear door, sub-assembly line of DE left and right front doors, sub-assembly line of DE left and right rear doors, sub-assembly line of NF left and right rear doors, automatic line of front cover, sub-assembly line of front cover. Front doors automatic line’s work cycle is 59S/piece, front cover automatic line is 143S/piece. The robot is KUKA, the turntable uses WEISS, the electronic control system is Siemens. It involves 28 robots.

Process Capability??
It mainly includes automatic gluing, roller hemming, unilateral welding, gripping and dropping, convex spot welding, spot welding, manual gluing and manual welding…etc.
